Authors of the independent Russian literary magazine ‘The 5th Wave’ are scattered around the world, but they are united by their love for Russian culture as part of European culture, their sense of responsibility for what is happening, and their desire to see Russia as a free, peace-loving country. The Russian language does not belong to the Russian state or to the country of Russia, but to everyone who thinks, speaks, writes, reads in Russian.
